Fit blog tip: You don't always have to work out hard!

  1. It's a common fitness myth that you have to go hard every workout in order to maintain fitness or continue working toward your fitness goals. Tossing the "Go hard or go home" mentality every once in a while may actually take you further in the long run, no pun intended.
